Arro Product Closure

On 22 April 2020 all Arro accounts were closed.

Thank you for being a fantastic customer. We're really grateful to all the people that backed us on our journey.


Key information:

  • You can no longer log into your account online.
  • Your card has been deactivated. It no longer works.
  • Any standing orders that were set-up within your Arro account have been cancelled and they will not be processed.
  • Payments sent to your account will be returned to the sender.
  • Salary and benefits payments will not be delivered to your account.
